We started our first project here in 1995. It consisted of a trailer, bathroom/shower and garage. After many years of hard work, it was finally finished. Then... we decided to move closer to the water. I think the saddest part of moving was leaving the view of the bay and the garden that was finally maturing, but these are small lots and it's getting pretty congested here. The new lot is over an acre and we'll have a decent amount of space between us and the neighbors.
