Mike Younghusband is walking the length of the entire Baja California Peninsula. We were lucky enough to have them stay with us for a few days while they took a break in their journey. Mike, his donkey Don-Kay, and dog Sola-Vino left Tecate 4 months ago. They walked nearly 800 miles before reaching our house. We had a great time listening to stories about their adventures and really enjoyed their company.
One of our friends rode out several miles out into the desert to meet and ride with them to our house. Here they are coming up the back road:
